Paste a timestamp list, or switch to CSV table mode to convert one column while preserving the rest of your dataset. Convert up to 1,000 values at once, keeping their order and duplicates. Your pasted values stay in this browser.

Converted timestamps
Exports include every row, including errors. Correct an invalid value and convert again.
Prefixes text that could be interpreted as a spreadsheet formula with an apostrophe. Uncheck to preserve original cell text exactly for database imports. CSV quoting and line endings may be normalized.
| Row | Input | Unit | Unix seconds | Unix milliseconds | UTC | Destination date | Timezone | Error |
|---|
Example: a minute between log entries
In seconds mode, 1700000000 becomes 2023-11-14T22:13:20.000Z, and 1700000060 becomes 2023-11-14T22:14:20.000Z. Their timestamps differ by 60 seconds.
Seconds or milliseconds?
The same instant can be written as 1700000000 seconds or 1700000000000 milliseconds. Seconds can include up to three fractional digits. This tool requires whole milliseconds and reports unsupported values without silently rounding them.
What happens to invalid rows?
Each value is converted independently. Invalid text and dates outside the supported range receive an error while other rows still convert. No sorting or deduplication is performed. In CSV exports, potentially executable spreadsheet text is prefixed with an apostrophe.
